my fees

My fees are based on the sale price of your property, as follows:

Your house will require a Home Information Pack (HIP), I would be very happy to prepare the HIP for you.

If somebody else prepares the HIP, I might be able to omit some steps and still achieve a safe sale. If that appears likely, I will offer you a reduction on the above fees at the start of the work.
