After reviewing the Home Information Pack (HIP) of the house you are buying, I might be able to omit some steps and still achieve a safe purchase. If that appears likely, I will offer you a reduction on the above fees at the start of the work.
For all purchases the government requires the buyer to submit a detailed 6-page Stamp Duty Land Tax form. If you wish, I can complete this form for an additional £40.00 (£47.00 inc. VAT).
