• Obtain evidence of ownership and present it in the required manner
• Commission a specialist to produce your Energy Performance Certificate
• Pull all the elements together into an easy-to-understand HIP that will be as helpful as possible while meeting the legal requirements.

I will manage all this through my custom-built online system, ensuring that progress is always under my control. Your finished HIP will be available to buyers on this website, and need never exist as a paper document.

If you are buying, I will advise you on the quality of the seller’s HIP, including whether it meets the requirements of any lender.

If there are areas of doubt, I will agree with you a suitable set of further enquiries.
